I practice as freelance Integrative Counsellor for five years; my approaches are tailored to each
of my client’s needs. Our experience’s in life affects the way we behave, this impacts on how we
live. My experiences also extend working within children centres for a period of sixteen years
supporting children’s development as an Early year’s practitioner I played an active role in
delivering Nurturing programme alongside family support workers, working to support families
within local community. I am presently working at Base 25, Wolverhampton Relate project NHS
and volunteering as a counsellor / Mindfulness therapy at Wolverhampton Haven for young
children and adults. Mindfulness is a great tool to use with the family, focusing present moment
and our present conscious experience of the world.
